We want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. This policy explains your refund rights and the process for requesting a refund if our program doesn't meet your needs.

Eligibility Requirements
Not all situations qualify for refunds, and that's something we need to be clear about upfront. We've structured this policy to be fair to both students who genuinely need refunds and to maintain the integrity of our programs.
Full Refund Eligible
Requests made within 14 days of enrollment. You've attended fewer than 2 live sessions or accessed less than 20% of recorded content. No previous refund requests with SparkBeams.
Partial Refund Eligible
Requests between 15-30 days from enrollment. Prorated based on content accessed and sessions attended. Medical or personal circumstances may extend this window.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, family situations, or unexpected life events. Documentation may be required. Each case reviewed individually with empathy and understanding.
Non-Refundable
After 30 days from enrollment. Programs marked as non-refundable at purchase. Completed certifications or downloaded materials with commercial value.
The Refund Process
We've tried to make requesting a refund as painless as possible. Nobody should have to jump through hoops to get their money back if something isn't working out.
Submit Your Request
Email [email protected] with your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason for refund. The more detail you can provide about why the program didn't work for you, the better we can improve our offerings.
Initial Review
Within 2 business days, our team reviews your request and account activity. We'll check enrollment date, content accessed, and session attendance. You'll receive an acknowledgment email confirming we've received your request.
Decision Communication
Within 5 business days, we'll email you our decision. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and timeline. If there are issues with your request, we'll outline what's needed or suggest alternatives.
Processing and Return
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The actual time money appears in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Bank transfers take 3-5 days, credit cards 5-10 days.
Important Processing Note
Once we process your refund, your access to course materials will be removed. This includes downloadable resources, video content, and community forum access. If you've downloaded materials before requesting a refund, we trust you'll delete them as they remain SparkBeams intellectual property.
Different Refund Scenarios
Life happens. We get it. Here's how we handle various situations that might come up during your learning journey with us.
Technical Issues or Platform Problems
If you can't access the platform or materials due to technical issues on our end, this doesn't count toward your refund window. We'll extend your access period until the problems are resolved. If issues persist beyond 7 days, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard timeline.
Medical or Personal Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. Medical emergencies, family crises, or sudden life changes may make it impossible to continue. Submit documentation with your refund request, and we'll work with you individually. In many cases, we can offer program deferral instead of refund if you'd prefer.
Program Not as Expected
Sometimes a course just doesn't match what you expected, even after reading all the descriptions. If you're within the 14-day window and haven't accessed much content, you'll get a full refund. We'll also ask for specific feedback about what didn't match your expectations so we can improve our program descriptions.
Financial Hardship After Enrollment
If your financial situation changes after enrollment, talk to us before requesting a refund. We might be able to arrange a payment plan, partial scholarship, or program transfer to a more affordable option. Refund may still be possible if other solutions don't work for your situation.
Program Cancellation by SparkBeams
If we cancel or significantly change a program you've enrolled in, you'll receive a full refund automatically. We'll notify you at least 14 days before cancellation and refund your payment within 5 business days of the cancellation date.
Payment Methods and Processing Times
How quickly you get your refund depends somewhat on how you paid originally. Different payment processors have different timelines, and there's only so much we can control once the money leaves our system.

Currency and Exchange Rates
For international payments, refunds are processed in the original currency. If exchange rates have changed between payment and refund, the amount may differ slightly from what you originally paid. This is due to currency fluctuation, not fees we're charging.
Transaction Fees
Payment processor fees are non-refundable. For example, if you paid 10,000 THB and the processor charged us a 3% fee, your refund would be 9,700 THB. This applies to credit card processing fees and international transfer fees.
What's Not Covered
Being upfront here saves everyone time and frustration. These situations fall outside our standard refund policy, though we're still happy to discuss alternatives.
- Changed your mind after completing more than 50% of course content
- Didn't pass a final assessment or certification exam
- Used course knowledge in your business or professional work already
- Downloaded and still possess significant amounts of course materials
- Participated in multiple live coaching sessions or workshops
- Completed a certification and received your credential
- Enrolled in a program specifically marked as non-refundable at checkout
- Violated our terms of service or academic integrity policy
- Failed to complete the program due to lack of participation without valid reason
Bundle and Package Purchases
If you purchased a bundle of programs at a discount, refunds are calculated based on individual program prices, not the bundle discount. For example, if you bought a 30,000 THB bundle of three programs normally costing 15,000 THB each and want to refund one, we'd refund 10,000 THB, not 15,000 THB.
Alternatives to Refunds
Sometimes there's a better solution than a refund. Here are options we can offer depending on your situation.
Program Transfer
Switch to a different SparkBeams program that better fits your needs. We'll credit your payment toward the new program, and you only pay the difference if there is one. This works well if the content level or focus wasn't quite right.
Extended Access Period
If you're struggling to complete the program due to time constraints, we can extend your access. Most programs include 6 months of access, but we can add 3-6 additional months in many cases.
Payment Plan Adjustment
If financial circumstances changed, we might be able to restructure your payment plan with lower monthly amounts over a longer period. This lets you keep access while managing your budget.
Pause or Deferral
Put your enrollment on hold for 2-6 months and resume when you're ready. Your progress is saved, and you'll still get access to updated materials when you return.
